Nikita Brut

Nikita’s flower garden is the most beautiful area of the Dussaillant-Lehmann Estate. With this sparkling wine, we aim to capture that beauty, emphasizing the floral essence of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in our vineyard nearby.

Nikita Brut is an earlier release of the same sparkling wine base we bottle for the Dussaillant-Lehmann Brut. For Nikita, the wine is aged on the lees for a minimum of 18 months, so the wine expresses some light aging notes that provide depth to the more forward primary floral fruit flavors of our Maule vineyard.
